This place is terrible. Their employees are not willing to help the clients and their policy sucks. It is a huge mistake to go shop here for bridal gown once you make a mistake by their pushy employees you are trapped in that bad decision. Do not shop here you beautiful brides out there.
I'm not one to complain, but today when I went to your store, I had the WORST service at any clothing store. As someone who is getting married I want someone who knows what they are doing to help me, but that is not what happened. The lady helping in Franklin, TN refused to give me the dress size I asked for in case I "gain weight". Then the day I went to pay for it they said we had less than 12 hours for everyone to pay for theirs as well without any notice at all. We were lucky to even have gone that day cause otherwise we would have never known. The lady told us that it will be available a week before her wedding which was still 3 months away at the time. On June 26th my wife's sister brought in my wife's wedding dress to be preserved. The dress was sent off to a company in Texas and shipped back to her. When the dress was viewed through the window, it was wadded into the box and the belt was sagging instead of being straight across. She contacted the company that preserved the dress and they stated that they would send a box to have the dress shipped back. All three of my sisters got their gowns at David's Bridal. My closest sister in age got hers from this location and we were very pleased with the service. I got engaged last month, and my mother and I went to look at dresses today. The lady who finally helped me did not want to be there, tried to pass me off to the other girl working (who refused to help me because she didn't want to do anything), and was very short with me the entire time. David's bridal can't ever get an order right and now they want to tell a new mom of a one week old she can't breastfeed even covered because they have "gentlemen in the store". Erin at the 28th street location by woodland mall in grand Rapids, Michigan thinks it's ok to shame a new mom for using her beasts for their natural biological purpose.
I was not impressed at all. Very few sizes, and customer service was not what I expected. Sales person did not really listen to what I wanted, or what my mother in law had to say, just kept bringing me other dresses but not the ones I really wanted to see. I was extremely disappointed with my visit and first time shopping for a bridal gown.
My Fiancee purchased her dress back in Jan/February (2015) Our wedding is in 2 weeks. Not only has she come in 5 times for fittings, the dress has also been so incompetently handled that they now require a whole new one to start over! My poor Fiancee is on the phone with me right now as I listen to her sobbing. She's had to take off of work each time because their fittings are only at inconvenient hours.
