I am a bride to be and super excited about the dress process, I went in to This Beaverton location expecting to be greeted by, energetic, welcoming sales associates. I browsed the store for 15 mins, in those 15 mins I saw about 5 or 6 employees.... Not ONE person said ONE word to me. What's even worse is that this is not the first time this has happened. This place was such a joke. Had an appt @ noon, Crystal didn't appear until 15 minutes later. After describing the style I was interested in she asked if I had picked anything out as if it was my job. She returned with ONLY 2 dresses out of their entire collection. She helped me into the first dress (both of which were nothing like I had described) and disappeared. She never came back. Not to see if I even liked either dress or to show me other examples. I can't zip up the dress I ordered. I even lost an entire dress size! So even if what the manager says is true (that floor samples get stretched out), how is it that the dress is still small on me?! And really, how much can a dress stretch out that it's a difference between fitting and not fitting? It's in alterations now. But from other alterations reviews, I'm not very confident. Manager said he'd let me exchange if I'm not happy with the outcome. We'll see... So far, not a great experience...
Our sales lady was very unprofessional & rude. Their Strongsville store had called to put a dress on hold for us when we got it a sales lady took us back to try it on said someone would be with us shortly. Our sales lady was helping another young lady with her wedding dress completely ignoring us. If I could have given a ZERO I would have! This place was terrible and rude when I looked there for my wedding over 9yrs ago! Same thing 9 yrs later!! They will promise you ANYTHING and follow through with ZERO but blame other people for the MANY lies and mistakes! Poor management. I spoke with two of them and no one followed through with anything! I am very unhappy with the services I have received at this location. I bought my dress from you then scheduled another apt to have my bridesmaids dresses picked out. While me and my bridesmaids were there we were greeted shown to a dressing room and left alone for the entire process. NO HELP! That was unacceptable. Horrible service...the staff is rude and hateful and not attentive at all!
Haven't heard of anyone that has had a good experience in recent years. Both in Suburban Chicago and Kansas city missouri. My niece is still without a wedding dress She has paid for. Her wedding IS early Sept. They told her June after the original dress came in damaged and stained, the replacement never came. Then it was suppose to arrive in July.
