The Macon location needs a little bit of work. I made an appointment and although the woman was somewhat helpful, she left me several times to attend to other people. At one point she left me in a dress for almost 20 minutes and wouldn't let me take the dress off myself. It was not a good experience. My experience with the one in Augusta was way better but I eventually bought my dress online.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at David's Bridal in Orland Park earlier tonight, which was a huge shock since I have had several positive experiences shopping for my own wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and special occasion dresses. My sister in law made a profile online, chose short engagement picture dresses as well as long bridal gowns ahead of time, and made an appointment. They need new consultants, the one we had never smiled and acted like we were bothering her! The 99 dollar sell is a joke now! Did not have one dress in brides sizes!
Awful !!! Would never recommend them ever!! They wasted our time completely!! They try and get you to buy dresses with a credit card through them that is way over budget!! If you tell them your price range you might as well be talking to the WALL especially the red-headed sales lady that was rude as hell!!!!

I made an appointment to get bridesmaid dresses months in advance. Today we went there and I was very disappointed with my consultant (if you can even call her that). My maid of honor is from out of town so we HAD a time crunch and this was the only option. The consultant took my two bridesmaids to their dressing rooms and then she disappeared, and by disappeared, I mean that she started watching a bride try on dresses instead of helping us (the ones who had appointments) with our dresses. went to the Gainesville location today I had an appointment for 100 NOBODY asked if they could help us no one said hello we tried on dresses and could not get undergarments to them and couldn't get ANY sales girl to help let alone say hello, finally had to go to the cash register to get questions answered had to dig thru racks of dresses to find awesome brides maids dresses I don't want to got back to purchase my wedding dress if that is how I will be treated ,,,I can happily take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
