Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids I met my consultant and then she disappeared. Told me to go find the dresses myself and then said " ok I'm going to put you to work write down their names size and dress you like." Then disappeared again. We only had one fitting room for 5 girls. It was so crowded people where walking over us telling us to move. I made an appointment for a reason to be helped and have plenty of time and room to work with my girls. They are awful!!!! My consultant didn't help one... read more
Service we received from the male attendant was terrible. He seemed bothered that we were there. After he brought 4 dresses for my daughter to try on, he lost interest and acted as if she couldn't be pleased. He even remarked to me that he didn't know what else to bring her to try on because she didn't seem to know what she wanted. We left and went to Ella Park Bridal in Newburgh and had a wonderful experience.
Terrible customer service and terrible selection. I booked an appointment for myself and my best friend who is also getting married. We requested to have rooms/ or stylists close by so we could help each other and we certainly open to sharing a stylist. When we arrived the front desk or 'gate keeper' as it seemed did not follow through with this request after it was promised over the Phone. Terrible customer service and not punctual with their appointment times at ALL. I was left waiting 45 mins after my appt time and no one even acknowledged me. This happened not once but twice and I have yet to be able to reach someone on the telephone regarding my sisters bridesmaids dress.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I had to mark one star just to post a comment. I'm not one to do this often, but I am a current client there for my bridesmaids. I refused to buy my dress there bc of how disorganized they are. There is absolutely no communication between employees. My best friend is getting married as well and used them for her dress and bridesmaid dresses. One of her bridesmaids is there right now to pick up her dress and they don't have it. Went there at the beginning of the year to try on wedding dresses. First thing they were nice till I told them my budget for a dress then from then on I was put in the back and only checked on twice. The poor sales girl that was helping me had me and another very demanding bride to deal with. Meanwhile there was three other people working there but none bothered to help till the last 15mins I was there.
