This place seriously deserves not one star! I've has problems with modesto davids bridal from the start! Was told my dress would take 6 weeks and it took almost 3 months. My bridesmaids dresses as well I was told 6 weeks and took two months. I went to pick up dress and my mother's dress and they were fine, however two of my brides maids shoes came in (dyeable ) and came out a shimmering purple when they were supposed to be pewter grey...to top it off the assistant manager kelly apologized once and said they they could re-ord... read more
Absolutely the most terrible customer service ever, the staff and managers were extremely rude, I was left in the dressing room over 20 minutes in my undergarments, only to be told they would have to reschedule me because they didn't carry my size in garments and They wasted me to buy a bra that was 2 sizes bigger than my size. Not mention that the shoes that I was gonna buy were dirty and used!!! When I complained the manager there disregarded every complaint I had. Very dissapointed, i took my business elsewhere!!!!
. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. if there was a zero star option Thats what this store would be getting. The employee who originally "ordered" my dress failed to do so even tho I paid for the dress. I then was told there was nothing they could do to help me until I paid for a second dress. Nice dresses in stock. If planning to go, make sure you actually get adecuate help. When I went, I felt like I was kind of left to swim on my own with almost no help. Felt pressured as well.
You do not want to hear of the very disappointed experience we had. Does not even deserve a one star. But it is the only way they will let me post
Horrible customer service. Dresses do not arrive on time. No notification when dress arrives and consultants want to dismiss you when you have concerns and need alterations. I do not recommend them. Lost all my respect for the company.
My wife to be and daughter came in to look for bridesmaid and flower girl dress styles, couldn't find one nice employee. She left because our daughter was treated as an inconvenience and couldn't believe the customer service she received. You lost our business today for sure. I'd restaff if you want customers. Weddings are a very special event and we don't need bad attitudes from companies we are making money.
2 of the same dress ordered for my mother, both came in defective. My wedding is in a month and a half now and this store has cause my mother to not have a dress yet. Not a happy Bride. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
