I have now had 2 different terrible experiences with David's Bridal. The first was a year ago when I was planning my own wedding and went there for my bridesmaids dresses. My juniors bridesmaid was measured and fitted for a custom dress since she was smaller than all my other bridesmaid. So since the dress was made specifically for her, you would expect the dress to fit perfectly. That however was not the case. The dress we ended up with was about 2 sizes too small. Awful service!! What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you get no freaking assistance.
Terrible customer service! I will never use them again in upcoming weddings. Too bad for them that I am a wedding coordinator!
David's bridal sucks. They charge way too much and the women who work there are snobby and rude.
I have never been treated so badly in a store, the consultant was rude and spent more time with the other bride...even they couldn't believe it when they told us our time was up.. My daughter left in tears... I would give the 0 starts if I could...I would never recommend this business..when to another shop and found the perfect dress.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an appt for 2 bridesmaids. I was introduced to my associate for my appt, picked out a few dresses. My girls tried them on, the associate came back once to ask if we needed anything, when I asked her for another size in a dress, she never showed up with the dress. I went up to the "welcome desk" to ask for her, they paged her twice, she never came back. This store was awful!!!! I made an appointment and they made me wait. When they finally waited on me they were rude. Casey ( I think was a manger, I am not a child) talked to me in a condescending manner, I felt we were being discriminated on because we were minorities.
