I just checked my text voicemail messages and I had a message from Davids bridal July 3 rd saying my dress was ready well that's nice to know beings the wedding was July 4th and not to mention that I picked up my dress a month ago wow..... I have never in my life been treated so rudely, ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses because I'm in 2 weddings, get a phone call stating they both are in and "have to be picked up within a week".....Call them back and say go ahead and ship them, paid the $16.50 fee and the dresses were to be shipped......Here it is a week and a half later, no dresses, mind you I live 1hour away I was just too busy with work and a 18month old to go get them.......Call to see what the problem is and they lost a dress......Talk to the "supposed manage... read more
Seriously, where to begin? They had my wedding date wrong FOUR times. FOUR. After calling multiple times to check that it was correct, it was always wrong. They even told one of my bridesmaids they gave her, her dress when it wasn't hers. Thankfully it was another bridesmaids, in our party. Terrible customer service and clearly poorly managed. How are brides supposed to enjoy this time, when they're having to stress about a company where this is their business, and they constantly screw up?
Will never shop there again. Shopping for bridal gown, nine bridesmaids and two mother dresses. Was never offered a chair to sit down in and treated with such disrespect.
Terrible no one was helpful everyone was very snotty and rude! Had to ask for someone else because the girl I got would not even help us!
Tiffany was wonderful, everyone else there was incredibly rude and they cancelled one of my appointments after waiting for several hours in the store for it. Tiffany was lovely and helpful, only good thing I have to say about the experience.
Lana at the Sioux Falls, SD store is very rude and unhelpful. If I bought a bra online, they would allow me to return it. If I buy instore, they would not allow it. I bought it only two days prior, drove 4 hours to home to try it on and realized they sold me the wrong thing. It did not fit with the dress I purchased from their store.
