Terrible service. Terrible quality. Staff was rude. Dressing rooms were packed. They didn't have any of the dresses that I saw on their website. Alfred Angelo in Cherry Hill is much better! That's where I ended up getting my dress!
Had an appointment to pick up a dress from being altered and when I got there I was told it wasn't ready because they put it in the wrong area. Shouldn't you pull the dress before my appointment and then you could of called me and let me know it wasn't ready! Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
I love my girls at the David's Store in Fairlawn at Summit Mall! They are always so pleasant and take such good care of me! Now the one in Canton at Belden Villiage I will never go to again after how I was treated there. I spend too much money with Davids to be treated so poorly! They could learn a lesson from the girls at Summit Mall!
I will never go to David's bridal again because they have what I think is an ethical practices. I got my wedding gown there and my brides maids dresses and I opened up a credit card account. They signed me up for E statements that I was unaware of and when I didn't pay the bill because I didn't get a paper bill in the mail they would not waive the late fees. Not very nice treatment for a paying customer.
I ordered shoes from David bridal and paid for two day shipping, including the preparation time to get the order together, according to THEIR website it should take 3 to 5 days to receive my order. I ordered on the 5th this month and now my estimated delivery date is the 15th! They can't help me and it's impossible to reach any manager or corporate office, all you can do is send them a message with your question or concern.. Oh but allow 48 hours for a response. I would say I had one of the worst experiences. I bought my dress 6 months ago and they never informed me about all the details of the dress. Like getting a bustle made, a wristlet made, steaming, getting a slip nothing! I found out about all these details 4 weeks before my wedding from a different davids bridal. On top of that I was never called in for a last fitting they called me and said if you don't pick up your dress right now we are sending it back. My mom had to rush and go pick it up. I bought my dress at David's Bridal in Medford. I also picked out my bridesmaids's dresses and my color (which i wad on love with). When i took my oldest daughters to get fitted they informed me the discontinued my color the week before. Please keep in mind my wedding was now 4 months away. While i was trying to choose another color the lady who was helping me went back to the computer, just to inform me my bridesmaids dresses have also been discontinued.
