I will never recommend David's bridal to ANYONE; not even my worst enemy! I was called to pickup my 2 bridesmaids dresses, when I returned The call I was told 1 of the 2 dresses mysteriously been picked up (not by my wedding party) once I was able to clarify that my MOH had NOT picked up her dress (like David's bridal said she had) I called them back to "get to the bottom of things" after 30 minutes on hold I was told they had her dress in store and I could come pick it up at my earliest convenience...a week later I received... read more
brides maids dresses ordered..MONTHS AGO.. back in march of this year. originally told they would be in at the beginning of may. called to see if they were in. nope!! told they would be in end of may, very beginning of june. called back again.. are they in yet? no.. now, getting irritated. told that NOW, there is one in, but the others, not until the 3rd week of june. wow.. worst bridal shop ever. should of just told my daughter what i wanted to, and said NO to this place. not sure if any of them know at ALL what they're doi... read more
I have been a bridesmaid at least 8 times and most of them required a trip to this David's Bridal. Every single time, I leave a little angrier than when I arrive. The service is next to nothing, there is no enthusiasm. This is supposed to be a joyous experience/occasion and David's has yet to deliver that. They will never receive my own business when I am the lucky lady.
Worst service. I walked in... on a Monday evening. Literally 3 other people in the entire place. The gal at the counter acted like I was an inconvenience so I offered to go look because I already knew the styles. She said she would send someone right over. I picked out the dresses and went back up to the entrance as no one had come over yet. I asked for a room. She told me someone would show me back. I ordered a dress that was suppose to arrive a week ago, and they tell me it's an additional 3 weeks. The woman I talked to 2 weeks ago said it was on a truck. Today they tell me it's still on a truck and will be here in another 3 weeks. When I ordered it, they said first week of July. Suddenly that changed. When I asked how it's still on a truck that's suppose to have delivered it a week ago, she said they probably didn't have my size and had to make it. They had us scramble into one fitting room with a party of Ten which was rediculous, then they didnt help the "bride" with a selection of dresses dont recommend any one to go to.
It's taken David's bridal over 2 weeks to process my return for a dress that was delivered damaged despite following their return instructions exactly. I refuse to ever order a dress from here again. Poor quality and poor customer service.
Horrible experience. We had an appointment and the girl was m.i.a the whole time! Worst experience ever. We will stick to the boutiques!! Quality was bad too - we couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!
Terrible service! We were about to spend almost 400.00 until we were ostracized by a sales person for shopping without making an appointment. Sale lost.
