Horrible place to order from. The week of my wedding, my Mother's dress was not ready. It was ordered about 5 months in advanced and it still wasn't ready. I did receive it a few days before. Also, one of my Bridesmaids dress was ripped. There was no communication from this company about when the dresses were ready for pick up. For the love of God go elsewhere. Don't give them your business. Just do yourself a favor and don't walk through their door. I had multiple people tell me the same thing and I ignored them and had my bridesmaids purchase gowns from here now I've had my own share of bad experiences and I'm saying avoid this place.
I had such a horrible experience today! I went to go pick up my wedding dress today because it was sopose to be ready! Get their and they didn't even do the alterations. So I was hour away from home and then had to sit their for 3hrs until they did it! The women Adrian had to come in on her day off to do them cause they weren't done in the 3 weeks that they had my dress! I felt horrible for her.. They need to get better management or something.. So disappointed. My sister (the bride) was told to come in on the 30th of June for her last dress fitting. She was emailed reminders and received conformation phone calls. She drove 5+ hours to go to her final fitting and pick it up, only to be told the dress wasn't in. After asking for a manager, she was told there was only a temporary manager there and that the temporary manager doesn't have authority to do much for her. The WORST customer service that I have EVER SEEN. I received a dress via mail with a CIGARETTE BURN MARK on it...almost 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from DAY 1, so that I can find out how to get this issue rectified. I have called over ten times...leaving messages each time. I have sent a total of four emails...NO RESPONSE. I'm speechless at the unprofessionalism of this company, after spending hundreds of dollars here.
