I wish there was a 0 star rating. Despite being told i didn't need an appointment to order my bridesmaid dress when i got there i was told that i should've made one and that i needed to make one and come back another day. After driving an hour to the store, this was not something that i really wanted to do. I was able to be measured and was given a dress to try on - i was put behind a partition in the front of the store by the registers!! Will not be returning. THEY messed up my order and acted like it was my fault they don't know to properly enter things in the computer. Then had the nerve to tell me that she would look just fine in the color they put in. It's MY wedding not there's and I will say how she will be dressed, not the idiots that run this place. Beyond pissed!
I have had nothing but problems with the employees getting the dress info right the dresses arnt sent out on time. Couple of the employees were great with helping me but the rest suck.
I went to David's bridal because I heard they had the largest selection of short dresses. Found 2 that I liked but one was the wrong size and one needed alterations that I wasn't sure whether or not was possible. I booked the appointment and my consultant said she would be right there if I needed anything and when I went to ask her a question, she had ditched me for another group.
This place is a joke.yes the bridesmaids dresses were a little cheaper than other places I looked at. Long story short, my wedding is next month and I'm still waiting for 2 maybe 3 dresses because even tho we went in for fitting to find the right size one off my bridesmaids needs alterations n we have to pay?? EXCUSE ME! Terrible custom service Brides to be , beware about this place!
The Walmart of bridal gowns. I have no idea why anyone would chose to shop here. They discontinued the bridesmaid dress color months before the wedding after only half of bridesmaids had ordered did not tell bride And offered no solution.
The alterations pricing is beyond ridiculous. They wanted $100 to take in the seams on a bridesmaid dress! I could have bought a new dress for that price.
