Horrible and rude. Dress selection is not great either. Skip it, there are much better bridal shops around.

Poor customer service. My family and I picked out all my dresses to try on. I showed the consultant pictures of dresses I liked and was told they didn't have one of them...we found it on the rack! Consultant was back and forth between me and another bride. My maid of honor helped me in to and out of my dresses, the consultant never offered to help. I felt like we were in a department store without any assistance. Went to a different shop across town the same day that had phenomenal service!!

I have been trying to get my money back on to my card from a layaway dress for 5 days now and every time I call the "one" person who is the "only one that can do it" is never there. I need my money and I need someone to call me back NOW! I've been calling all day. Horrible customer service.
They were terrible. Got orders wrong, we felt like we were rushed out the door, and we asked them 3 times to correct the wedding date.

My daughter bought her wedding dress here I recommend going somewhere else..they treat u decent then after they get your money your on your own. .my daughter's dress look it came out of the box and thrown in the bag..snd they said we could wait three hours to have it steamed. .. never again brought the dress back to our town and had it steamed. .. not satisfied at all. .not recommended. ..
