I found my dress and that was great. Paid it in full and it was sent to my house. Never did anyone call or even check if everything was ok. My bridesmaids went to start getting their dresses, they had the wrong colors on the chart. I have 11 bridesmaids, you think it would of been worth it to them. Got hung up on 2 times trying to make things right. Then, when we made an appointment for dresses, the lady was their to help us for less than an hour, and then we couldn't find her. Terrible experience all the way around! Rude employees who didn't want to take anytime with the "bride". Insulting and rushing? Forgetting how important shopping for "her day" is!
I went with my daughter to get fitted for her bridesmaid dress...What an experience. After being told X was going to be her attendant, 3 attendants later she was given a dress to try. I asked what different ways the dress could be worn and was handed a ipad and told to watch the video...ok...Today, 6/14 we go to pick up the dress and she was taken to a fitting room. I have been to this store several times now. I have nothing good to say about it. The service is horrible. The girls who work there have the WORST attitudes. I've never been treated so badly at any store I've ever been to. They are pushy, or they they're nowhere to be found. Never going there again. Completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
This is the worst David's bridal I've been too!! It was dreadful they had terrible service, and the employees were pushed and had bad attitudes! And they didn't know half of the things they should when ever anyone asked a question the answer was "I don't know" in a rather displeasing tone I might add. It's horrible and I'm never coming back if I can help it.
I think it should shut its doors! I have NEVER experienced such an extreme LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE in my entire life! The people are beyond RUDE! They are obnoxiously unhelpful, and apparently uninformed as well! They made tacky comments, were pushy, and so hateful that it took all the grace I could muster to keep my own attitude in check! I can't vouch for the other David's Bridal's - but this one is the worst ever!!!! I would NEVER step foot in that establishment again! I would MAKE my own dress first!
Always short staffed. Even if you have an appointment you will have to wait at least 45 minutes. Staff is usually snapping at each other. Once you purchase you're last on the priority list.
Well. One of my bridesmaids shoes were ready and they kept saying they weren't we had to go there 2 different times for them, and another didn't have any reason for what happened. Another bridesmaid was supposed to have her dress shipped to her and they kept telling me to pick it up, they finally shipped it but didn't ship her shoes so I had to go pick them up because she lives in Kalamazoo.
