My sister-in-law bought her dress new and when she got it home and tried it on there were beads and lace falling off of her dress. So we went in to order her a new dress and ask about a sale that we saw on our bridesmaids dresses online and they told us that the listing of our dresses as a part of the sale was a mistake on their website. We asked (since we showed them the screenshot of our dresses listed as part of the sale) if they would honor and they said no. Horrible, horrible. From 15 minutes into the door to two hours later, we were treated like the “poor relations.” Since they had double-booked our appointment, I was the stylist for my friend, Spring - who had made the appointment in good faith. The other young woman was treated like gold and we were left to take care of ourselves. It is now 1 month to the wedding - the dress isn’t in, they don’t know if they’ll have the time to make alterations, and have nothing to offer. Me and my maid of honor did a walk in on a Saturday. They were much nicer when they were at the Dedham location. There was a man who "checked us in" who told us to browse and someone would be right with us. He disappeared no less than 5 min later and I didn't see him again in the 2 hours we were there. I already knew exactly what I was looking for and we pulled the dresses off the racks. I went into the store looking only for accessories, shoes, jewellery but most importantly my veil. However I received zero help, I asked twice for help and each time I did someone just directed me back to the area where the accessories were and left. I've gone to other bridal shops and received much more assistance and help. I also noticed some veils were being sold full price but online were greatly discounted. I'm now learning though the online shopping experience is not much better... Customer service won't even reply to ... read more

I'd give them no stars but I'm afraid my review won't post. I was told a certain date my gown would be in and they'd call me. A few weeks earlier they called and said "this is management from David's bridal." They threatened to send my dress back to the manufacturer if I didn't pick it up by the end of the next day. I went to pick my dress up, upset it would be in my house with my fiancé for months. I asked if they had a garment bag. I had to call TWO people to correct a duplicate dress problem between my bridesmaids (everyone has a different dress) and when I received the dresses today, guess what, THEY WERE STILL THE SAME. Also- one of my girls dress fabric is slightly different and they did not tell her that it would be a slightly different color. Luckily it's not that huge of a difference but it still definitely should have been mentioned.

Great selection with dresses for any occasion but service not 100% awesome, just have to go on a slow day. Staff not 100% organized, you sometimes have to call up there for yourself to find out if orders are in.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The reviews for this place are terrible for a reason. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where professionalism is key in the work place, you will not find that here!
