Went in there this past weekend. Did not have an appointment. The girl that greeted us looked maybe 16. Obviously this job would be for an older individual with experience. She was very rude and looked at us as if we were just stupid. Told me I could look around, had no idea what size to get and told her. She offered absolutely no help kind words. I will never be back in your store. We walked around about 15 min obviously looking clueless. Not one person helped us.. Awful business!
Went in and a girl named Jill turner slipped my fiancé her number, and was rude and zero help. So unprofessional.
So upset with my experience here. I picked my dress in December and found out at my first fitting that my "consultant" ordered a size to small. I have no weight I can physically lose and have an athletic build and cannot change it. So they ordered me a size bigger. Doesn't fit. They ordered me three seperate dresses because each time the cap sleeves were too small (not sure if they put common sense into account, and also ignored my request from day one to order a bigger size because of my shoulders). I bought two pair of shoes to wear. One for my wedding and one for someone else wedding. I got one dye black and lets just say I have black feet! I took back my shoes and told them I want a refund on both. We don't do refunds sorry! Do you want something else! They order the wrong bra size. My hair piece is missing stones! I will never do business with them again!

You have very rude, unprofessional people in your store, today has been our 3rd trip there to get my daughters gown for her wedding. I have never been waited on by such rude staff anyplace. It was supposed to be a good experience for everyone, from the first time to today, it was far from exciting. Sales associates lie, they were useless to us, except for the last time we were there the seamstress said the dress was far to big that they needed to order a second one. First time we came here we had an appointment and our guy got dresses to try on and walked away, we didn't see him again until after we found the dress. Not to mention, another associate came by helping with the veil told us it was on sale just to get to the register to pay and they said it was not. The associate told them she never helped us with the veil, to which we had to show them a picture of her helping the bride with it.
