I have never had a worse experience somewhere. My best friend is getting married and we came down the first time to look for a dress and we're completely left alone....the guy threw about 8 dresses at her and didn't even help. Half of them weren't the right size. Then when she went to buy her veil she was told one price and it was 100 more when we got to the register and the lady who originally helped with her viel followed us up and said she never told us the price but she told us when she was putting it in her hair. They carry nothing in petite sizes for the customers to try on
From the moment my bridesmaid and I walked in the door, we were treated rudely and felt so completely unwelcome. I'm also pretty sure the greeter made a loud noise expressing her displeasure of us being there to another employee. Any interaction we had with her was horrible, she even made a point to loudly let us know that the bridesmaid dresses were not $20 off if a bridal gown wasn't purchased. My appointment was at one stood at the front for at least 10 min before anyone even said hi then to top it of its been almost 30 min and you tell me you can't find my dress! Thanks for making a stressful situation even more stressful.
From my Fiance From my Fiance: I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal in Oakdale and I have had a horrible experience there. Nothing has gone right at all. The first time I went in the lady was so rude it was unbelievable, the second time I went in with my bridesmaids no one helped us for over 35 minutes and I had an appointment made wow way to be on top of things....
