Been there like 6 times with my sister and all her bridesmaids and had one good experience. Went there just today and had an employee yell at my children because apparently they weren't behaving the way she wanted them to. Her name is Beth and she was awful!!! Crappy people skills!!
Don't ever go to David's bridal! Had the worst experience... I was told by the consultant that if I bought my (brides maid) gown that Davids would do a complimentary steam it for me the week of the wedding, LIE. Then a Davids shows one of the guests the brides gown without contacting the bride at all. When the bride called to address the issue she got no apology and only heard excuses of 'well we get yelled at all the time for not showing the gown to mother in-laws'. This place is a nightmare! Had to get my bridesmaid dress here, as well as my 2 little ones flower girl dresses. I called corporate (610)943-4633 & suggest any of you with problems do the same! Corporate called and they were told the same lie as me about all steaming/pressing is charged (they were rather shocked and are contacting the district manager). David's Bridal home page states they do complimentary pressing of dresses-this store charges. NOT TRUE-DON'T PAY IT! Also, pressing doesn't need to be done by your sale... read more
I bought everything at this store and service was great. Until one of my bridesmaids went to pick up her dress and it had been smashed and crumpled during shipping. No fault of hers or mine. However, the store refused to correct the issue without charging us 20-25 dollars for steaming. It wasn't our fault and the dress should have been made presentable before pick up. Our consultant was great.They have some nice dresses although most of them had some snags and loose beading as if they were not taken care of well. When trying dresses on you and your group do not get much privacy as everyone can see you after you try it on. however the worst part was the service when it came to alterations. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. Sami clearly needs a new job. We walked in and no one helped us so we began looking around. Sami approaches us and said "what are you looking for" her tone was that of a disgruntled employee. We told her we were looking for a bridesmaid dress and a wedding dress. In a scolding tone she said "well you have to sign in at the front". So we followed the rules and then began looking. She approached us and asked what our budget was. Great place for horrible customer service. You should go here if you want to be ignored, forgotten, talked to like a child, and be called by every name except your own.
So unhappy with David's bridal. I got my dresses which I loved but won't be going back for anything else. Rude people working there... Wtf can't my mom look at dresses for me and I made two apt and you guys messed it up then I felt rushed. Lost my business and I'll never tell anyone to go there. 90% of the workers there today NEED a attitude adjustment ASAP.
