It was ok never got a call when my dresses were done
Okay, i usually don't post rants on FB but this one i can't help it. I called Davids bridal to order a brides maid dress. After being on hold for several minutes then transfer several times to different people (who had no clue) i finally talk to somebody with a brain. I give all my info and measurements etc.. ask for the pricing and say we should get a discount etc... im transfer again to another person and go through all the info again. If you can find a dress that fits you perfect you are in luck. Worst sales for a bridal dress when you have to shell out big bucks. All they care is making you buy the dress. Will put a lot of pressure. If you have to get your dress altered be warned as it is the worst job i have ever seen. A dry cleaner place will be better off. My dress was beautiful until it went for alteration and it came back as if a monkey hemmed it. Stay away!!!!
This was an awful experience! We went there and the staff was rude, and pushy. They wouldn't give any information on the dresses that I liked. The lady Trent that assisted me cornered me in the dressing room trying to get me to buy a dress it ruined my experience. This was unacceptable and ruined my time shopping for my wedding dress.
Getting a Bridesmaids dress at this store was the worst experience I've ever had. The associates were ride when I ordered the dress (in October for a May wedding) I called to see if it was in after waiting the 10-12 weeks I was told it would take, was to by an associate it was at the warehouse and to call back. Called back a week later and was hung up on multiple times before a manager got on the phone who realized that my order had been entered incorrectly and never ordered. How can they send 4 bridesmaids dresses out with out making sure they are made properly. A flaw on 1 maybe BUT issues with all 4 dresses. I will tell everyone I know NOT to shop there!!!!! They is no reason for this to happen!!!!!
It's a great place to get dresses but do NOT order from the one in Oregon. My wedding gown is now lost.
PLEASE, BE WEARY!! So apparently David's Bridal thinks it is acceptable to sell a Bride a $200 alteration: $50 for the shoulders and $150 for the bustle, making her believe that she is picking the bustle that will make her dress look the absolute best... Only to SEW THROUGH her satin dress, leaving very visible buttons, lines, and THREAD! The THREAD is on the OUTSIDE of my dress! I had made an appointment for my daughter to look at wedding dresses... The sales woman we had helping us wasn't very enthusiastic... we had to look around for her... My sister wound up helping her with trying on most of her dresses... Also I saw one of the other saleswomen helping another bride and she was very excited when the bride chose her gown...
