Worst service ever!!!! Screwed up my order terribly
If I could give zero stars I would!! We have been waiting 13+ weeks for one of my bridesmaids dress, now I am told it will "hopefully" be in by the end of May...my Wedding day is June 13th! The store even said they wont have time to do alterations! Spare your self the headache and stress, go somewhere else, its not just this particular store, Davids Bridal as a company deserves a zero! They should know better! They work in the wedding industry! 32 days until I get married and this should be the last thing to be dealing with!
I had the most horrible experience today. I had a. 10:30 appointment for my first fitting. I stood in the fitting room for an hour and a half BEFORE I could get anyone to help me put my dress on. Every time I looked out the dressing room door they were helping other customers. I finally was seen at noon the worst customer experience ever Will not recommended to anyone at all
The MOST UNORGANIZED & unprofessional place I've ever been.....BEWARE
Adore the dress I ordered, but was not impressed with my consultant disappearing and seeming uninterested in the cuts/styles I wanted. There were also men and children back in the area of the dressing rooms and it made for an unpleasant experience. I have also received emails and letters from THREE different Mary Kay of consultants. So much for a privacy policy and not sharing my personal information. Would not recommend my friends for bridal.
Disappointed with having a new sales associate who was left on her own with me and did not know what she was doing. Wedding is June 5th and not getting dress until May 15th. But happy with the managers who have straighten out the mess.
Very disappointed in David's Bridal, in Portage Mi. rude rushed customer service with the manager being the worst of the entire bunch of them. Very unpleasant experience dealing with them each time I had to go in for appointments. The manager in particular is better suited for drill sergeant work. Honestly, I personally will never use them again.
