I am so frustrated, I bought my dress here and had an amazing time, the lady was great and so sweet and not pushy. I come back two days later, totally different people working and was treated like I wasn't even there. Worst service ever. MANAGER is rude and sneaky. Wish I never gave them my money. Waiting for district manager to call back. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I thought that the service was great until we started receiving our bridesmaid dresses. Not only did they somehow manage to cancel and reorder a dress making it two months later they didn't bother to inform me of what was going on. I only found out after I called about one of my bridesmaid dresses coming in damaged that they had changed the arrival date.They did eventually agree to get the dress in sooner after a long discussion that involved a lot of frustration. The alterations department messed up alot my wedding is in 25 days and now I have to have someone else fix them I would never recommend this place
I've had great service up until the final fitting of my dress. The lady who did my alterations was great, I have no issues with how she treated my dress. However, the fitting before my last we had never scheduled a final fitting. Being as this is my 1st time getting married I wasn't aware that I needed to schedule an appointment right then and there. I was always told "4-5 weeks out to alter your dress for the last time" I called into Davids Bridal 7 weeks out to set my final fitting. The lady I spoke with again, very nic... read more
The store is filled with a bunch of liars for employees! We got a dress for one of my bridesmaids at the store but had to be ordered in right size never told when we should get it. Went in two weeks later to see when it was due in they said a week (which was great). Never got the phone call so two more weeks go by, go in again and they told us it wasn't due in till 4 days before my wedding! They completely lied to my face! I could not be more disappointed in my experience with David's Bridal right from the beginning! It's been nothing but headaches and meltdowns. Very stressful and the customer service has been horrible!! AND to wake up this morning and see that my veil (which was steamed last week) was in worse shape than before it was steamed!!
