My daughter and her wedding party were treated very bad. The consultant Lauren S was rude, uncaring and not helpful at all. She told us that the sash could be matched with the mens tuxedo well don't believe what they tell you because they will tell you anything to get you to buy from them. I have spend over an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone and never did, now I am on the phone with the home office . I have been on hold for ten minutes and still not talked to anyone.
I was very disappointed with them during my experience!! The people there are very pushy and practically forced me and my friend into buying dresses from them that day saying we wouldn't get them in time if we waited but then our dresses were in a week later! They did the same thing to the bride! We were all very disappointed and they will never get our business again!!!!
Shopping at David's Bridal was the absolute worst decision I have ever made in my entire life. I live in Charlotte NC and have already purchased my dress at a DB there (which is another nightmare all together, by the way) but my bridesmaids and flower girl live all in different states and I wanted to be able to get matching dresses, so I chose DB. I heard they have treated people I know terrible. Ruined their experience of buying the dream dress for their wedding and I will not be shopping at this location I will be going to the Tupelo one
This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The management is awful.
I was profoundly disappointed with my experience at David's bridal in sugar land. During my alterations appointment the seamstress asked if we were interested in getting it done at a cheaper price at her home. She handed us her personal business card but we declined the offer. When I went to pick up my dress only 2 days before the wedding it had not been altered. I do not think it was an oversight
Very disappointed with customer service. Ordered and paid for a bridesmaid dress over the phone and never received a receipt, was never ask for my name (I am not the bride) nor was I ask for an email address.
Went today around 1:30pm to pick up my wedding dress as the South Coast Plaza center. The customer service lady didn't tell me her name, she shoved a piece of paper to verify I picked up the dress, and basically handed me my dress in a plastic cover you get from the dry cleaners. She might as well have thrown the gown at me and shoved me out the door. I asked if I could try it on and no one in the room responded to me at all.
