My two daughters and I spent almost an hour in the store. The oldest one was trying to find a dress for graduation. We saw multiple employees and not one of them ever greeted us, asked if we needed help, got us a dressing room or anything. We went to the register and waited and waited just to ask a question. When the employee finally showed up she had to ask for the manager, who never came to the register. I was there trying on dresses in 2014 -- I called today to make sure all of my information was still there, the lady left me on hold for 7 min, she finally came back and told me that none of my information was saved. I called back a few minuets later to make ANOTHER appointment, to be left on hold for 6 min before hanging up. VERY POOR SERVICE :(

Didn't have such a good experience at the Yonkers location. Took my daughter to look at prom dresses and one of the sales associates was less then helpful. First I was looking at one of the dresses and she said "oh that doesn't belong there do you want it"? I wasn't even done looking at it. My daughter tried on three dresses and while we were trying to decide the same associate walks in and says " can I put those back?".
