I wish there was a negative star option because this place was awful. Do NOT go to this store. We were not greeted or helped at all. The manager was stand offish when we tried to get help and snootily said they only help customers by appointment only. The WORST customer service ever. I will never go back there and I will inform as many people as possible not to go to David's bridal as well. Such a disappointment.
They are helpful but they don't really know what they are doing. Don't let you know that a line is ending when your interested. Thankfully we called the week it was ending to pay.
For one, I had a horrible consultant. She was rushing me to try things on and to make a decision. Didn't even look at my favorites that I had picked online. I got another consultant and she was good. But didn't put any information about my bridal party in the system so they had to remember all of their sizes. To top all of that off, I get my "new" dress to find a makeup stain. I have had now four negative experiences with this particular location of Davids Bridal. Customer service is nonexistent. UNBELIEVABLE
I can't even express my disgust. I have talked to three different managers and all have told me different answers to one question I had. Wound up canceling my order and I'm still having issue with being told different things. Worst experience ever!!!
Went there yesterday to buy wedding shoes. Girl at the reception did not even go with me to the shoe department or did not call for sale assistant. Spent 10 min walking by myself and left the store. Poor service.
