I picked up my daughter's bridesmaid dress...$140 for the convenience of getting the correct color but a low quality dress. It was all wrinkled like it had been balled up in the bottom of a closet and in a dry cleaning plastic bag. Word of advice for future brides: don't go to Davids Bridal. The Management is extremely rude and unprofessional, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. They "misplaced" one of my bridesmaids dresses for over a month, couldn't answer any of my questions when I would call, I was put on hold once for over 25 minutes, and my final fitting was absolutely awful! I was abandoned by the staff member who was supposed to be doing my bustles on my wedding dress, so she could gawk at a 15 year olds prom dress! I am only givin... read more
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a dress from the store online with my rep and when I got it it was wrong. When I went to the store for help they did nothing
They carry Vera Wang, but if you actually want the dress in time for alterations and bridal photos, try someplace else. Do not purchase it here. I bought mine in November and was told it would get here by February. Then March. Then definitely by March 23rd. And now by April 3rd. I've had to reschedule my photo shoot to April 8th - the last available date before my may 8th wedding. So trust me, do not get your dress here, it is not worth the hassle.
I had a horrible experience at this particular location I had an appointment to look at a dress. Besides that they made me wait for someone to assist me the person who was assigned to me was rude, rushing like I was wasting her time another lady came at the same time I came without an appointment and they gave her more attention to her than they did to me. So we bought a 300 dollar dress and it ended up being used!!! Had hair all over don't buy here people...... Rip off
