The initial dress finding was amazing. Then I get to the day before my dress fitting and still have heard nothing. Call to check, and my appointment is gone. Not only that but all notes I had on what I wanted for my dress. The woman I am speaking with is profusely apologizing, says she just got this position. I'm feeling bad for crying at her. I have had the WORST customer experience from David's Bridal is Mississauga. First They shipped my dress to the wrong address (literally provinces away). Then when I needed to exchange sizes in a time sensitive manner the manager explained that she'd call me as soon as my dress got there. After waiting weeks I tracked my package and it was delivered to the store a week earlier....and to try and get ahold of someone who could help me was like trying to squeeze water from a rock. Horrible customer service! One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. And management is no help and doesn't care about the customer only the bottom line.
Dear David's Bridal. That teenage girl your clerk was so rude to today lost her older brother two weeks ago. She didn't deserve to be treated like she wasn't welcome in your store. She didn't need to have any more pain inflicted on her. It took her a lot of guts to make the decision to go ahead and go to prom - her senior prom - and try to have a good time despite the agony our family is going through. SO RUDE!! Will never be back! Glad I bought my wedding dress from a much better place! This place is dirty and the women were completely rude.
Literally the worst bridal store I have ever visited in my life. Please save yourself time and money and do not shop here. If I had thirty minutes to write a detailed explanation of why, I would, but just know that you should take your business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
I so wish I could give no stars! I took my niece in for prom dress shopping today and had the worst customer service EVER!!! My niece is a 14 year old plus size girl and we went to David's because it has such a good selection of plus size dresses. The sales girl, Elizabeth, pulled dresses out of the dressing room that my niece hadn't even tried on yet and told her that she knew that they wouldn't fit her so she didn't give her a chance to try them on.
