I have never had such a bad experience! Each one of my bridesmaids have had trouble from the start! Who ever recommended this store needs to be shot! How do you get a dress altered 9 days before the wedding! It's been a mess!
Our consultant could not have been more uninterested or rude. She had 0 customer service skills and we felt like she couldn't wait or us to pick a dress and get out!! Bad shopping experience.
I was there with my friend that is getting married with all of the brides maids. The lady that was helping us barely did. My friend had to put all of her wedding dresses on herself. then after she was done us bridesmaids had to pick our own dresses out there were 7 of us and we only got 1 changing room 1... every one else there had 3 to 4. we even had appt. i was very disappointed. i will never go back to the omaha store ever. i will stick with sioux city store!!!!!!!!!!
An absolutely terrible experience. I had a 7pm alterations appointment for my final dress fitting and I didn't get my dress on until 7:30. The alterations lady, Lorraine, was told her 7pm appointment was here and she "forgot". She walks out after 30 mins and goes "i completely forgot...I looked at the clock and realized I should've had someone". The 1st fitting with her wasn't any better. First appointment was a great experience found my daughter's wedding dress. Ordered her dress when it came in and we went to pick it up was a not so good experience. It seemed like it was an inconvenience to the employees for her to try on the dress when she went to pick out the bridesmaid's dresses the same service.... she's had to deal with them a couple other times needless to say we will be going elsewhere for alterations and avoiding any other dealings with a place that has such poorly customer service.
I have yet to receive a dress that was ordered on February 28. I paid additional for rush shipping and was told it would be in no later than March 11 and that it would not be a problem to alter it by my wedding date of March 21st. Now I'm told the dress somehow ended up in GA, and they are unable to alter it because of a "situation" that has caused them to be very busy. Managers are too busy to talk and don't follow through on their promise of a call back. I am not a satisfied customer and will most certainly not recommend D... read more
I wouldn't take a dress from David's Bridal even if it was given to me! I went there a few weeks ago to try on dresses and as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was SO rude, got all of my information wrong. When I pointed it out so she could make the corrections, she blamed her mess up on it "almost being time for her to leave". The sales associate made me pull all of my own dresses and when I was taking too long, she rudely told me I only had an hour to look around and choose a dress.
