Horrible horrible service!!!! Brides beware! I went there 3 times to give David's bride in west palm beach a try. The first occasion I told the consultant I did not know my budget resulting in her not let me try any dresses on. The second time I knew my budget and I was not exceeding $1200, but that didn't matter since I was never seen, I signed in and was told I could look around the store, after 45 minutes I check to see the status of my place on the sign in sheet. they have no customer serive respect. they left me n my girls to get n find our own dresses while most of them just looked @ us n kept walkn. n one of my bridesmaids was over charged for her dress

If there was a review less then 1 star I'd give them that. I went there and had to have my fiancé zip up both the dresses I tried on. My consultant was to busy running around talking and popping pain pills for her teeth. Then she came out w frozen bag of veggies on her face! The staff was rude and made me feel like I wasn't important. I'll definitely be buying my dress elsewhere. Then when I wanted to order a dress she told me they didn't order dresses in store and that I would have to go online at home and try to find it!... read more

Went there to try on dresses.....im not the typical young bride. I was told to pick edresses and take them to the back and that a consulatant would be with me shortly. When they called me to go back i was put in a extremely small room (just barelt big enough for and the dresses i picked) i was then asked my bra size and she left andcame back with a bra that didnt fit...i couldnt tell herit didnt fit bevause she was to busy with the other bride to be in the big room! Worst experience ever here today. Went in for bridesmaid dresses with an appt time and our consultant never helped us once. We picked the dresses to try on and found our own fitting rooms. Needless to say we went elsewhere with our business!
