I wish I could do a negative amount of stars. Just gonna say that was a HORRIBLE experience! After driving 50 plus miles and standing around for an hour waiting for a dressing room we watched the ladies at the greeting table send back ladies AFTER us on the waiting list! We will NEVER be shopping at this store again!!
Place is about as organized as the U.S. government. Staff is a bunch of snotty sqwauking twats. Wife went here and was treated like she had no clue what she was doing when in all reality davids bridal had no clue what they were doing. You shouldnt treat paying customers like anything but paying customers. Planning a wedding is supposed to be fun and exciting for a couple to be. Not stressful and annoying. Bought a wedding dress I wasn't in love with. Exchanged it, no questions asked for THE DRESS.
If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
Had an appointment, my stylist was pulled away 5 minutes later never saw her again & no one else would help.
I would give this location NO STARS if I could. Worst service EVER!!! From my very first visit to my last, I felt unwelcome and like I was just another bride... My first visit was in October of 2014 (I had an appointment), I was not greeted at the front desk and when I asked if there was someone available to help, the young lady at the desk told me that they overbooked so it would be 30 minutes before anyone could see me. Went and purchased a prom dress..put it on lay away. .when we went to pick up dress after 1 month on lay away. ..they lost it.....would not shop here again EVER
