Absolutely horrible place. I've never experienced such bad customer service, and the worst part is they measured the bridesmaids wrong and 4 out of the 5 dresses DO NOT FIT. I will never recommend this nightmare of a place to anyone.
I was in Glen Burnie David's for an hour yesterday and not one sales person even spoke to me. I finally wrote down my own numbers in the shoe department and I may order them online "IF" I have no other option. Clearly David's Bridal does not give employees Ritz Carlton training. They could never work for me.
If I could give a zero I would they lost my wedding dress and when they went up to pick it up the staff member was too busy stuffing her face and shoving us out the door to close to realize it was someone else's dress. I spent 2 hours of my wedding locked in a storage closet in my pj's with my hair and make up done!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO CONSIDERATION. Was treated rudely today by the staff at the podium. Thankfully the lady who actually helped me was nice. Horrible experience and I was only there to pick up a dress that had been altered. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Customer service training for all employees is desperately needed.
The Consultant Carmelita was very rude. We had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and yet she was rushing us through every dress and leaving us waiting on her for 20 minutes she kept disappearing. We overheard Carmelita whispering about the bride to another worker named Amy saying "good luck with that one" and giggling. Absolutely positively worst customer service I've ever seen. If I treated people that way at my job i wouldn't have a job. They were running back and forth between people the whole time. I had an appointment and they were servicing walk ins first. It took about 30-40 minutes for someone to notice me and my wedding party. Then every time we needed something she'd disappear and would take forever to come back. We could never find her when we had a problem. Sent one of my bridesmaids dresses to the wrong province, and gave me the run around trying to get it to the correct address. Terrible customer service!
Horrible horrible horrible customer service. We asked for assistance more than one time and both women decided to assist someone else who had come in after we had.
