There is so many things wrong with this place they act like they don't want to help and they talk you into a bigger size and once you get it in you have to get it altered bc it's basically falling off. They don't care about anyone who walks in those doors and I will never buy anything else from there. Every time I went there i had to do everything my self I thought it was suppose to be a exciting experience but it was dreadful.
Horrible service, with an appointment, we still waited to try on dresses
I had an appointment at David's Bridal on 2/21/15 at 1:00 pm at the Brea, CA location to come in to shop for Bridesmaid dresses. I was hesitant from the beginning on booking an appointment at a David’s Bridal simply because of the perception I had of the stores from previous experiences. I had booked this appointment at the Brea Bridal Show in January. Yall are by far the rudest people, yall have called my maid of honor telling her her dress is there for pickup, and when she told yall that we were suppose to go pick it up today to try on because we just ordered the dress in a color we didn't haven't seen so we were gonna pick it up but due to the weather we went going to bring my 6 month old son out in this nasty weather, yall decided to tell her if she does not pick it up this week yall will send it back.... that dress was paid in full the day of ordering. Horrible customer service! Whatever you do DO NOT get the David's Bridal card!! I have paid more than double what the original balance was. I was first charged a $15 fee for a phone payment!! Also twice I was charged late fees for "lost" payments! One of my last payments to be made was "lost" by the company. When I called to talk to someone in customer service I was told it was a mailing error and not an internal error. I call BS...the date the check was written I wrote several other checks and magically all of them made it ... read more
I had the worst experience at the David's Bridal in Glen Burnie. The lady who was suppose to be helping me was not helpful at all. She did not even take the time to look for dresses that were on my favorite list. All she would do was tell me they did not have the dresses so my friends went around the store and actually found the dresses.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I made an appointment a week in advance. I was told to favorite dresses I liked in my online register, I favorite four dresses. I walked in 20 minutes early to look at dresses. I was asked a budget said I would prefer to stay under $1500. I was told that I have too expensive of a taste for my budget, My friend helped me try on 3 out off the 4 dresses since my Stylist Cynthia was far to busy for me. Went in to pick out my bridesmaids dress with the bride and three of her other bridesmaids today and it was bad service, busy and you could tell they overbooked themselves for the amount of workers they had there. The lady helping us wasn't just helping us...she was helping two other brides at the same time. I don't know about anybody else but when I go into a store I expect constant service from the second I walk in to the second I walk out!
