I am absolutely convinced that this is the worst service ever! They had a chance to change my mind today but, instead, they continued to maintain the horrible customer experience standards that we have experienced in the past. It is so sad that they can be so horrible to prospective brides and their entourage.
The staff is not pleasant to work with. Some have a haughty attitude, even with each other.
This place the most rudest place to go ...I heard a lot of bad things about it and the way the treat customers. .but I figured that was years ago maybe they got better ...no ...me and my 2 braidsmaid went in ..and had to wait to get waited on ..finally the lady that came Was snotty and measured my girls bigger than they were ....didn't listen to what I wanted ..then next thing I know ...she is over helping the next party behind me and just left us ..never came back to say anything ..just ditched us ...The manager Was like ..... read more
Really a shame because they carry some nice dresses, sales people that have no clue of what they are doing my daughter in law was supposed to pickup her dress when she got there it wasn't ready they had put it in the back they didn't know who it belong to didn't know what needed to be done and not a cheap dress over 1K. And mine I had to pick it up and cancel the alterations they put me for a fitting a month month after i bought it and when i called to asked something the manager tells me that they couldn't do anything cause... read more
I am so dissatisfied with this place that I will never go back! We went in today to do preliminary dress shopping and first we weren't greeted, the. Our stylist didn't really help us, and to top it all off we were told we couldn't keep trying on dresses because they had appointments coming in!! There were more then enough dressing rooms open and for someone to say they could no longer help us was insane! I am a bride! Lack of service, Inexperienced staff. Crowded and no privacy. My salesperson kept trying to insist I try and buy a dress that I did not want. She brought everything but what I was looking for. Has your staff not been trained to listen to the Bride and what her needs and wishes are?
Went in today originally wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses then decide to look at wedding dresses I understand we didn't have a appointment but we just wanted to look we didn't need full service. First off the front desk girl was terrible we have never been in and didn't know how it worked. She did nothing to help us also she looked stoned.
