Possibly the worst experience ever, not once but twice. I wish now that we had just gone to a bigger city to look at dresses. My consultant was horrific. She handed me my bra and slip and left. Luckily my sister and mom were with me, so I had some assistance getting into everything. Then she handed me a dress and closed the door. Once again, family to the rescue. Worst bridal experience of my life. I only had one good consultant and whe I requested her for when we came back in a week she wasn't working. When I actually brought my bridal party to have us all get out dresses, I was ignored and the consultant who didn't even bother to talk to me focused all on my bridesmaids and didn't ask me at all what I wanted. What an awful experience!! Where do I even start! I went with my maid of honor, bridemaid, little sister who is special needs, fiance, mom and Grandma. I was looking for something lace. To begin with they were soo over booked. The consultant was trying to get me to look at different styles. My mind was already made up on a lace dress. Had an appointment with consultant, but was pushed aside for someone who was spending twice what I was. I would not recommend this store.
Do you make a habit out of lossimg people's alteration appointments...2 weeks before the wedding? Not impressed! You just brought out the bridzilla in me. Your dresses were the SECOND. Set i bought for my girls....why can't alterations department get their act together?! Buyer be ware!
I have now been to this store twice and have both times walked out in tears. The first time was 2 1/2 years ago when I set up an appointment to try on my dress. If it weren't for my sister being there to help I'd of had no help whatsoever. My dress didn't fit at the time and we were not attended to and I left feeling discouraged. Luckily I had the Scottsdale location to go to for alterations. I lost weight and with the proper alterations fit into my dress on that special day.
