Bad costumer service. My fiance had a terrible time. She was even left waiting with the dress on
I came here to get alterations for my bridesmaid dress that was purchased off of Etsy. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they only perform alterations on David's Bridal dresses only. I told them their employee who made the appointment with me over the phone should have asked me if it was a David's Bridal dress before making the appointment. I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service at this place. My fiancé and I organized to have both of our moms, 3 bride's maids, 2 junior bride's maids and the flower girl all come in at once to try on dresses. It was not easy to organize this many people coming at the same time. They are all spread out between Washago, Barrie, Innisfil, Newmarket and Richmondhill. I gave this place one star because of the experience I had when I went to pick out a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding for this upcoming July. She gave us three styles to choose from, however, I would be seven months pregnant when it comes time to wear the dress. When I explained this to the woman "helping" me, she said none of the styles would work and she didn't know what to tell me. I have given davids bridal in mansfield several chances but today was the final straw... 0 stars is more appropriate.I have never been treated so disrespectful. We wanted to try on dresses but the 6 associates standing around said they were too busy.... seriously they were flirting with an associate from men's warehouse. I thought these ladies worked on commission but apparently helping a bride try on dresses with a 12 person wedding party was too much. As a Maid of Honor for my friend, we were all treated very poorly from the beginning of her fitting. The staff wasn't helpful at all and seemed to almost get annoyed about finding dresses. After choosing a dress the staff supposedly measured her wrong and ordered the dress two sizes too big, they wont alter it now because it's too much to alter and her size is out of stock. They offered no refund and very little compensation after everything she went through. I will NEVER step foot in here when I'm a bride.
We ordered bridesmaids dresses back in December and were told that the dresses would be in "with plenty of time" before my sister's wedding! The dresses were scheduled to arrive the day before her wedding and no one called to tell us! After several wasted hours on the phone... Still no dresses!
Went in to David's Bridal in Lubbock, TX today and had the absolute WORST service ever... All of the workers were EXTREMELY rude, they were very overbooked, we were trying on bridesmaids dresses for 8 girls and they gave us ONE dressing room to begin with but finally gave us a second one but told us we needed to "hurry up because we were taking up two rooms", my mom and sister (bride and mother of the bride) were sitting in chairs and one of the workers came up to them and said "you need to move because these people need cha... read more
