Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! Placed an order on Saturday. Emailed an hour later to change the ship to address to the billing address. Monday morning their confirmation still had the incorrect shipping address. I have called 4 times this morning and spend a total of 1.5 hours on holed waiting for an agent. I did get through once, spoke with an agent who reported that the part shipped already even though they had numerous emails directly and through Ebay to change the address. If I could give no stars i would. I ordered a part and it told me a week. Well needless to say it didnt come so I called and it hadn't even shipped yet. They told me that I would have it withing the next 3 days well never came. So I dont recommend buying from this company to anyone.

Ive Had nothing but bad luck ordered Parts on 6-3-20 and as of this date 6-2720 still waiting to hear from them about used parts,wrong parts 2 time I've had shippments and both times wrong stuff if you think about it it was my mistake to try Detroit axel to save a few dollars I'm reporting them to amerzon and BBB

Wrote a poor review got a response back to call Detroit axle to resolve issue. I have been calling for two months sitting on hold getting hung up on and then finally lied to if you guys don’t want poor reviews take care of your issues do not buy parts this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent me two faulty transmissions . I paid to have them installed then removed and sent back to Detroit axle they failed to refund my money and are trying to give me 950 dollar shipping bill. I’m now using a lawyer to go after these criminals. I would not buy anything from these criminals.

Worst brakes I've ever bought. Started making noise within a week to the point I didn't want to drive the car anymore without replacing them. Rotors were warped within a few weeks too.

Bought front struts and only received 1, was previously pleased with their rear struts so I will rate it better depending on resolution (pending)

great product horrible customer service. They shipped me only half of my order and when i contacted them they asked for pictures. i sent them and it took them 4 days to tell me they did not get my pictures. 4 trys later, they get them but refuse to send next day. i have to wait another week to get my car fixed.

I ordered a front lower control arm kit both arms and sway bar links .the order was lost and when I called 45 minutes minimum to speak with some one they elicited the order which came with 2 right side arms when I called again I was told I would get the left side right away 5 days later and they said that it was not shipped but they would ship again right away. I am not getting on it this my 3 order this month and will think hard about another order!
