Only giving them 2 due to the fact my most recent order of 2 wheel hub assemblies, I've only received 1. No notification of anything on backorder or out of stock. Still have yet to get a response back. This one mishap aside, I've recommended this company to multiple people. Solid parts and excellent prices.

Worst customer service ive ever delt with. Order parts 2 months ago.. Paid to have them put on. Only to be told they didnt even send me all the correct parts... Ive only been calling and emailing for over a month now. I would never recommend to anyone nor would i ever order again. Next time its worth paying more money. No wonder they were cheap !!! Worst ever!!!!

Was told on June 6th someone would reach out to me to resolve my issue. Still have not heard back from anyone on the matter. I would give a zero but I have to pick at least one star. Poor customer service.

Ordered a Wheel Bearing for a 2000 Ford F250 May 19 2020. Four weeks later received my package and was the wrong wheel bearing inside of the box that was shipped (k515020) is what I ordered and the wheel bearing inside of the box was (k521000). Box was K515020 tore to pieces inside shipping box with inside the wrong wheel bearing. Terrible customer service 100% all around!

I ordered brakes and rotors for my vehicle. Due to covid19 i wasn't able to find a shop to do the work when i found one. The parts were too small. Ebay said they would fit my car. I called the company to try to make it right and get the right stuff sent to me. the worker said "i'm not finding the right parts at this time so i requested a refund. He said "No, it's passed 30 days but what i can do is call you back friday and you can give me the measurement of your rotors and i should be able to find the parts you need." i left... read more

I am only giving them one star because it's the lowest mark available. I ordered an axel for my Mercedes E320 and after 10 days the axel was never shipped. I contacted their customer service department the first time after being on hold for 38 minutes. Some fellow (from India) assured me that my order would be cancelled and that I would be refunded through PayPal in a few hours. Several days later I called customer service again. They sent me the wrong part and refused to admit it. It was obvious it was not what I ordered. They never called me after asking for a phone number. I finally went and got the part on Ebay. They charged me for shipping and a restocking fee. I will never buy anything from them again and their customer service is abysmal.

If you opt to pick up locally, you are screwed. Their "phone number" is for customer service only, and they cannot see the orders you place for local pick up. The only way to get ahold of the store is to drive there, and hope that it is ready. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard: customer service that cannot help you unless you ship it to your house.. wow, horrible...
