The clips for the rear brakes did not match up. Thought this would ship faster since the company is in Ferndale and I live in Lansing but the shipment came from Texas.
Ordered parts off of Amazon. They had a 10 year warranty and after 2 years they have failed. I contacted them several times and finally got a phone call. They said they would charge me for new parts and ship them to me but would refund me some money when I returned the failed parts. I received the parts and had them replaced. I was assuming that I would get some sort of instructions on how to return them but did not. No shipping info or return label. I have tried to contact them several times with no luck. First order was missing parts, and the one part I did get was DOA, then finally got my second part. And the warranty process was smooth until i tried to get my deposit back... it's been 2 weeks, and 3 phone calls and I sti cant get my money back

Worst place ever upper management is incompetent never recieved my order or refund currently in a suit fot it people at counter were very rude didn't care less t about the customet
Very poor performance on the customer service side of things. Currently 90 minutes and counting on hold. I was recommend this brand. Depending on how the conversation goes will dictate if ill ever spend my money here again.
I waited over an your for parts I ordered on there website. Come in at 10 teller kept saying my part was in the back of the warehouse it would be a little bit. After I was getting irritated and bugging her, she finally went back and pulled the parts in 10 min herself. Obviously there was no one attempting to pull my parts. Instead of apologising, the teller said that happens and it takes time to pull parts even though she did it in ten minutes herself. Horrible customer service and rude to customers
Have a MAJOR issue with my order, have forwarded this issue to the “customer service” several times over the last few weeks and have received ZERO communications in return...
I ordered rotors for my ranger and i had to replace them within a year your parts are shit and a piece of junk bunch if rip offs never ordering from detroit axle again
