At this time a zero star rating would be better. My order was shipped timely, received within a week. The packaging however was non existent, 2 control arms thrown into a large box in a plastic bag. Needless to say it arrives near up and missing nuts. I sent 3 emails, with no reply. A DM on Facebook with no reply. A 30+ minute wait to customer support with no answer. What gives? I need what I ordered!

Didn’t want to work well with a return policy. Charge me a re-shipping and a re-stock feel even though they sent out a part that said clearly it fit on the vehicle but didn’t when I received the part. Very unprofessional and will be the last time I order something from this company.
The parts are a good deal if they ship you everything and you dont need to contact customer service. If you need to contact ustomer service, good luck. They dont have customer service. I emailed multiple times and called multiple times. No one answers the phone, ever. No one ever emails you back. If you are missing parts which should have been shipped, you are out of luck. For this reason alone, I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I would have given them zero stars if I could have. I bought parts a few years ago that had went bad to the point it damaged my car and had to get it towed and get it fixed. Called the company to have them replace the parts because it had a 10 year warranty and they argued that it didn't have a warranty when I screenshoted exactly where in my invoice that said I have that 10 year warranty. After trying to reach a manager for over a week and waiting for that manager to call back, we tried to get another one and they argued... read more
Horrible service. orded part and did not receive after 2 weeks while stating on ebay 1 week. NO contact, communication. On phone for 2 hours to resolve while no call back from supervisor.
I have left several messages about exchanging parts. I understand about backup, but this is over several months. Last one I left received and txt that someone will be contacting me shortly. That was two weeks ago. Just letting me know something would be helpful.
