Ordered my parts for a great price and got email with tracking number. Over that weekend I checked the tracking number and found out that it was cancelled. Called that Monday and was in hold for an hour before being contacted with someone. They gave no reason as to why my order was canceled but they explained it was shipped out. I order wheel bearing for my Toyota RAV4,when I make order they warranty delivery 3-4 days,but they never deliver,I call them 3 times and they talk me,I have to wait,I lost a money because I can’t go to work,I still waiting for my parts

Gave wrong parts, car not sits on a jack with no way of putting the old parts back on. And Detroit Axle based in Detroit say sorry, but you will have to find a way to the store to exchange the parts. And will they compensate for the gas and time wasted for thier mistake, NO. They said you might need more brake grease while we F.U.C.K you.

I have used them in the past with no issues; ordered rotors/pads for my sons car on a Wed, arrived Sat; rear rotors were the wrong ones, the correct ones were ordered but someone at the warehouse sent the wrong ones; did not receive the brake cleaner, brake fluid and the front clips for the calipers did not fit; called 08:01 Mon AM to discuss; was told they should ship that day; asked if they could be overnighted since he was supposed to leave Sunday; was told they would see what they could do; no movement Mon, called Tue an... read more

Don't order anything from these people if you have to return what you order you will not get your refund I'm still waiting for my refund

The parts were great but somehow I got two of the same thing so I wrote them and told them they sent me a return lable and I sent it back for my refund. Had not heard for them ,tried to call no answer tried to email them no answer. Customer service SUCKS. Tom Polus

I have only had one experience with Detroit Axle, but it was a horrible one. I ordered a rotor and brake kit and got a notification that it was shipped. After several weeks of waiting, I finally tracked down the shipment to find that it had been returned to sender. Another week passes after multiple failed attempts to talk to a real person on the machine. When I finally got passed recordings I talked with a guy who said it was rejected at the post office because they spilled brake fluid on the package and understandably USPS... read more

I ordered an "IN-STOCK" item in mid June. I received a tracking number within the hour. Never shipped it. 4 weeks later, after more than a dozen calls, promises, and various stories about them shipping another one, and then COVID and then "still testing" I still don't have it. I am writing this while one hold for my 13th call to simply demand a refund. Awful experience. .
