Ordered Breaks 4/20/2020 received half the order,4/26/2020. There was never a second tracking number for the other half. I have emailed 6 times and called 3 and still no response as to where the other half of my order is. Its like all the email you send them is going straight to the TRASH....

I accidentally ordered the wrong part about a month ago. I tried calling and emailed them multiple times with no reply. I then tried reaching out on Facebook which they then offered to exchange my part which was great. I returned the part with the return label they offered. However, after they realized they did no have the exchange part in stock they stop contact with me. Ordered and paid for a transmission 11 days ago has yet to ship. I was told after multiple messages and emails without a response that it would ship yesterday, it did not.

I'M HAVING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, I'VE TRIED CONTACTING THEM 3 TIMES VIA EMAIL AND CALLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES JUST TO CHANGE A SHIPPING ADDRESS WHY CAN'T I FIND ANYONE TO FIX SUCH A SMALL ISSUE??????

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY dealing with Detroit Axle. My "rebuilt" rack & pinion lasted 2 months before it started pouring PS fluid. It took 3 calls, 2-1/2 hours on the phone, and 2 months to get a replacement shipped which I had to pay a hefty deposit for, then when I went to install it they had shipped me the wrong one. I called CS and had to wait 45 minutes for a call back, and was told to return the part which I did. The customer service phone number given by Detroit Axle in their responses is a voicemail box that blames the pandemic, asks you to leave a message, then hangs up on you without the option to leave a message. Adding insult to injury is a sure way to gain business. At this point I have little recourse but to report the purchase as credit card fraud and let my bank deal with it.

I have been buying from Detroit Axle for years. They botched my most recent order. It's ok, we're all human. It is a kit missing components, and some of the components included do not have part numbers on them. I was patient and understanding for a week because of my previously good experience with them, but they still refuse to remedy the issue until I send them pictures of the missing components.
