I ordered three parts on May 2nd, I have received one part and have emailed 6 times with no response. They have my money and my parts. I would like to know why I they have not sent them?
I wish I could give them a 0 star review everything I ordered was wrong or missing and absolutely no response from them when emailed about it. Would never recommend buying anything from them.
Wrong part delivered in my strut kit. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!
I received an immediate reply to my poor review (a standard automated message) asking me to call 888-583-0255 to solve the issue with Customer service. I'd already tried. and the recording was automated and hung up on customers. BBB gives Detroit Axle a F. 122 unresolved Business Complaints. My order and issue remain unsolved. I will be contacting my Bank and Opening another complaint. I may also call Michigan States Attorney office and have them investigated.
Been waiting for my replacement parts for that I ordered a month ago and still nothing I am so disappointed with the way you guys have handled my claim I have emailed u 12 times have gotten no responses no phones nothing I am very upset! I have called the better business bureau and speaking to a lawyer to see what I can do to get my money back seeing how u do not want to return it or my phone call!

Status from UPS. Tracking Details Tracking Number ***********34965 Current Event Label Created 04/26/2020 4:20 P.M. United States Order Processed: Ready for UPS It never shipped that's still current status on UPS site ....$450 worth of parts...no email (emailed every email I could find)...no customer service, no call, no warnings. I was promised (ordered on the phone) it was in stock and would ship within 3 days..and be there by 7 days. Over 3 weeks ago... no call, no responses to email or customer service forms. Received a response stating call their number. No one answers their number and it states "email the company and they will call back withing 24 hours. I have e-mailed 6 times already. I guess I will e-mail a 7th time. Still no 2nd package delivered.
1st order was great. 2nd order: 1 part came and 2nd and 3rd part have not shown up. It's been two weeks and no other parts have shown up. Called Detroit Axle and recording says "email and someone will get back with you in 1 day. After 6 e-mails I have heard nothing and no more parts have come. They have my money. UPS shipping number says it has a label, but has not been picked up by UPS. I will not order again. Can't get parts, can't get my money back.
