1st purchase was great. 2nd purchase: 1 part was delivered, and the 2nd and 3rd parts have not shown up after two weeks. The UPS tracking label number says it was never sent. There is no one to answer the phone and the recording states "send an e-mail and they will get back with you in 1 business day". No e-mail, no phone call, nothing. They have my money but I have only one of the three parts I ordered. Will think twice next time. Not a happy camper. Laurie
DO NOT BUY FROM DETROIT AXLE!! I am normally not the person to leave a review toward a company but after having such a horrible experience with Detroit Axle I feel the need to write one so hopefully this will help someone else out to not waist there money or time with Detroit Axle. Ordered, received and installed. Excess vibration - only able to drive about 3 miles, returned home and checked. Axle joint / knuckle next to transmission has excessive play, clicks and knocks. Can't reach Detroit Axle. No responses to fax, email or phone. I want to return the defective axle and can't. Won't order again. Thanks for nothing..
I placed an order on 4/26/2020. I have reached out multiple times through email, phone, and chat to check the status of my order. I still have yet to get any type of response.i understand that covid 19 is a factor. That being said on the voicemail they stated that they would be answering emails around the clock. I have sent over 4 emails waiting days in between. I am very disappointed in this company.

Just received my eight lug rim front rotor drilled and slotted with pads and anti-rattle clips have not installed yet but judging by the quality of what I see unbelievable deal $118 for the complete set unbelievable
rotten company placed an order only got part of it tried to get rest of the parts and have been nothing but a nightmare since. several emails and no response can't use the parts i bought until i get the other one this has been going on for a month what a way to do business
Second time wrong shipping. Do to Corona can't get return email for refund. Not happy when trying to have correct parts!
I understand the pandemic is terrible however customer service right now is horrible. I’ve been email and texting for over a week and no one have called or responded to the numerous emails and text that I have sent.
