Still waiting for an order that I placed on April 15, 2020. I realize that shipments are slow and I have given it 15 days. but according to the order it was completed but according to the tracking number provided for this "completed order" it is "Shipment Ready for UPS".

If I could leave zero stars I would. Never again would I order from this company. Received parts and weren't even the right ones for my car. The parts came with damaged already done to them. With the bearing having a bent frame and the bushings being ripped apart. On top of it, trying to get a refund from them is a joke. Three weeks and counting. You get on the phone and you are left on hold for hours on end. Don't waist your time with this company. Best off paying the price and going to Auto Zone. At least you get the part ... read more

Charged me twice, took 4 days to respond at all, but eventually fixed the error. My part 'shipped' 4/20 but as of 4/29 has not actually left their facility. I'll update this review if things change but so far I've had no response from customer service. Buy elsewhere if at all possible.

Not happy with them at all I ordered a part March 12 for a customers vehicle and this was before the hole corona stuff blew up it’s now April 29 and haven’t received the part yet my customer is mad as heck and it looks bad on me and my business I’ve called Detroit axle multiple times an I only been able to talk to one guy on April 12 that said it should have sent already so he called the warehouse and told me he would call me back then never did 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

A part we ordered in August has gone bad. We’ve attempted to reach someone about a warranty replacement for five days now, we sent an email and left voicemails - no response. We sat on hold for over 15 minutes more than once waiting for someone to answer and no response. Very disappointing. Their warranty and replacement information says we have to send the bad part before we can get a replacement. These are car parts. We need a replacement to replace the bad one so we can drive the vehicle.

Doesn't answer phone or return emails and hasn't sent out an oder I made last Friday. Would like to cancel and buy from somewhere else but there's no way to do so on their site. I should have ordered through Amazon but I'll never buy anything from them again and will continue shopping on Amazon, local auto part stores and 1AAuto.

My order been “ready for ups” Everytime I check the status, for over a week. I can’t contact anybody, nobody responds to emails, this is bologna. I know stuff is going on right now but you can possibly be that busy where I have to wait over an hour to wait on the phone. Then when I speak to the guy on the other end of the phone he don’t even know what’s going on with my package. I have a shop and been using detroit axle for a while. So far no issues with the finished product. But the customer service is flat out poor. Hold times can easily stretch 1-2 hours! If there is a hold up with an order good luck getting ahold of some one that can actually do anything. Good product / Horrible customer service-
