My parts have been saying waiting for pickup for the last two weeks. UPS says you never had it ready. I need my rack and pinion, and my upper ball joint. Order 397548.
They’d not way I believe all these reviews when I had so many problems, and all I see are people complaining about the same issue on Facebook. Detroit Axle just deletes all negative comments. My were late. I couldn’t contact or get any help from Detroit Axle. The strut we got was junk right out of the box, was the loudest strut I’ve ever heard, like it was empty inside. Again, no customer service or anything. The warranty is a joke, it’s only a sales ploy.
I ordered brakes and rotors. They arrived on time but were the wrong size. I asked to return them for the right size and they agreed to do so. I sent them back and have yet to hear from anyone in almost two weeks. I currently have no brakes on my car.
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, I’ve been trying to get a my money back for almost a year now. The parts that I purchased were misrepresented and did not fit my vehicle. I bought two rear wheel hub assemblies with the bearing included for $75 they were ever ties to fit my GS 400 Lexus. When I receive them to the quality looked OK, but then when I went to go put them on my vehicle they were the completely wrong part. Run for the Hills. I have sent multiple emails & have gotten zero response. Package was delivered damaged & missing parts. Purchased new hubs for a 2003 F250 & the stud threads were different then the factory. Had to buy 16 new lugs for $55.00.
Ordered Rotors and pads all round for my edge. was sent the wrong pads for the front.(NOT WHAT I ORDERED) then sent me a return lable and was told the right pads will be sent out. get the package of my "correct pads" and all that is in the box is a can of break clean and fluid... not worth your time. better off going to autozone or the locl parts store. i will NOT be doing any more business with this company.
We ordered rotors, when we received the rotors, the outside box was fine. When we opened it, the part boxes were wet and so were the parts. The rotors were soaked and rusted, and unusable. The brakes were opened and the brake fluid and brake cleaner came three days later. I have tried contacting someone and get nothing but the run around. If I could give him zero stars, I would!
I ordered my part over a week ago and it was supposed to be here to 1 to 2 business days and still has failed to leave their facilities keep in mind this was a warranty item as well and it was messed up on their behalf I keep getting different runarounds and answers but nobody will be direct with me on what's going on with my part
Very disappointed in the customer service. Have been messaging and trying to call for days. With no responce. Ordered a transmission, once it finally arrived(understandable with covid delays) it had a dented pan and was equipped with the wrong tail cone. I would really appreciate it if some one from the company could please contact me back.
