Nobody answers the phone. they didn't deliver my rack and pinion and still billed me.
Amazing how this company deletes the bad reviews! I just posted the other day about the horrible experience we have had and how we are still waiting on a refund for over a month after sending parts back and keep getting put on hold or hung up on and magically the review is not here! They told me to call and they will take care of me, once again I was on hold for 45 minutes, put on hold again and then sent to a voicemail! This is ridiculous and theft of my money!
i was sent a suspension kit that was missing parts and was sent wheel hub assembly thats not even for my care the box had sway bar links that wasnt even the same color im not even confident any of it is right now i gotta go longer with a horrible front end cause the parts was wrong thank you for destroying my confidence in your company
ZERO STARS!! Funny their site says easy returns! We have had nothing but problems with this company. They sent the wrong parts multiple times. Trying to get a manager on the phone is ridiculous, they leave you on hold for over an hour! We returned TWO separate orders ONE MONTH ago already and are STILL waiting for our refund!! Took 3 shipments to get a kit order correctly. Awful customer service
they had what i needed but their shipping time is a far cry from good.as of this date 4/5/20 my order has been sitting somewhere for six days without being shipped i understand the country is in a turmoil, but they have people working so what is the problem to get my shipment moving, they have my money for the item,and i will get the bill before i get the part i have been waiting for. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting on a part for over a month now. I spoke with a gentleman who was supposed to submit the order again and still haven't received anything. Terrible company!! Wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!
I have sent two emails and no response from them. The struts that’s I purchased is not working out. The springs are not strong enough to keep the car from bottoming out. I can push on the front end it bottom out. No response from them about the problem.
This company is a freaking con artist. In one year and a few months, the same product failed twice. Because of the length of time, i can not get a refund, and they want to charge me a shipping cost to send me another same unit, even though it's a 10 - year warranty.. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with this company. They can just keep the damn thing. Rating is a half of a star.
