Service First Auto Truck Repair As a small business in Southern Indiana I do work for a great many customers mostly women who don't truct Dealerships. I give this business -5 Stars ... First of all they don't cover the labor if they're part fails, but yet they say they will stand behind their products.. well here it is , come to find out I have to pay shipping to get it the warranty part to my shop and I have to cover the labor because they're part failed... Product quality is junk only last couple months... Customer service is a joke I will never use this company again.
Customer service is the worst ever. Sent wrong part, then wouldn't send the correct one till the other one was sent back even though i told them my truck was down and had work scheduled based on them sending correct part which they didnt. So was out of work because of there incompetence sending wrong part. THEN they wouldnt send a call tag for UPS to back up ther wro g part that they sent. Has good prices and fast delivery but PARTS are JUNK. Do Not Use!! Call to get my rack and pinion resolved after installing it and it leaked right out thru the shafts. Found out the seals were not put in. Their only recourse was to offer me a 10.00 dollar credit. The seals cost me 20.00 each plus had to pay my mechanic extra to install them. Be smarter and find parts elsewhere.

Ordered 2 front suspension kits on Feb. 29TH. Guaranteed delivery on March 6th. As of March 15th Ups still has not received this order. I have contacted Detroit Axel on the phone and threw Email only to be lied to and told my package would be shipped. If you need your parts order from China you will get them quicker and get better answers to your questions.

Ordered many parts with great success. First time with warranty claim. Not so much. They were quick to get me to pay up front for the replacement rack and pinion. The part came and I paid to have it replaced. Car was fixed. Sent back the defective rack over 3 weeks ago. Until today no credit and no answer from any of my calls or emails to the same numbers and emails that I used to buy the warranty part.Finally today I get a human to answer the phone. So far I am unimpressed. I placed an order on 2/27/2020 and a shipping label was created on 2/28/2020. Today is 3/10/2020 and my order is showing that it is still waiting to be picked up by UPS. Multiple calls and emails have produced ZERO results. The only answer I get is that for some reason it is in the warehouse. Well no DUH!! Nobody here seems to care enough about their customers to actually resolve the delay. I will NOT be ordering from these fools again. Disappointing...
