First steering rack failed in 3 months. Was forced to pay a deposit before the shipped the replacement. When I sent the faulty unit back they never refunded my money. I paid double the price for a single unit. They don't answer their phone for over 30 mins and then eventually hang up when they pretend they are resolving your issue. Then you have to call and wait 30 min plus again. This business appears to be a SCAM!!
customer service i had no problem with, i ordered wrong parts, the return process was simple and i bought the correct ones and i received them on time. the 2 stars is for quality the rotors looked great at first, 2 weeks in and i got a customer calling me about the rotors not being new. the rotors RUSTED all over the other mechanic told them there is no way those rotors can be only 2 weeks old with that much rust. so now i look like a liar and a crook.
Very bad customer service
My parts were supposed to be delivered by march 4th and today is march 6th. I checked tracking number and they’ve only made a shipping label it haven’t even been sent out now I’m stuck with an appointment to get my car fixed today with NO PARTS. I’m PISSED
Worst customer service ever
Birdeye is a joke they don't even know if Detroit Axle is one of the businesses they do customer service for, what a joke, why talk to them they have no clue. Waste of time and money. Folks use somebody else.
Send wrong parts now won't email me back
Horrible service do not buy from them. There customer service is the worst. Do not try to get a refund they will have you in circles. They will ship thing even if you tell them not. Stay away.
Got sent the complete wrong part, after waiting days for it to come. Called the customer service line and the same lady answered 3 times some how. After putting me on hold forever and telling me they’re experiencing a high calling volume. And that someone would reach out to me. Yet no one is reaching out. And when I called to see if I can wait to speak with someone the same lady said no they’ll contact me!!!! Beyond frustrating!! I worked at a parts store for years this is unacceptable.
