part are great but customer assistance sucks i set up a account with them got a quote caller back a couple days later after i sold the job to the customer and qoute price changed and they wouldnt honor the original qoute and then they didnt have my infomation stored with my address in the system

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was sent the wrong parts and apparently this company doesn't even sell the correct parts for my 98 K2500. For some damn reason they show 2 different 15 PC control arm kits. You can see clearly in the pictures the the cheaper one has smaller control arms and the 181.00 has the larger for what looks to be for the 8600 GVW trucks. I accidently ordered 2 sets of front brakes and rotors when I only needed one--called Detroit Axle immediately and they could not do anything because they said it wasn't in the system yet. I get an email 2 hours later saying the order was shipped. No where on their site could I cancel one of the orders. Not happy with them right now. I will call tomorrow and hopefully they can cancel one of the orders. I will see how they take care of business.

I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks ordered a driver side control arm they sent me the passenger side they made me take pictures and send proof after all that they sent me the driver side but missing the small bag of parts that are included now they are requiring proof for that why would I lie about that I need the parts not to have to jump through hoops to get the product that I paid for this has put me way behind schedule definitely wouldn't recommend

I recently purchased a complete set of frount struts for my Cadillac Escalade from this company and had an extremely negative experience. The struts were defective upon arrival, and the customer service I encountered was appalling. The representatives were difficult to understand due to their thick accents, and when I requested to speak with someone else, I was informed that no other representatives were available. The reason for such a low rating was because I'm very disappointed in the open box package of Rear Brake Disc Rotors I recently purchased and received for my 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD with electric rear parking brakes. Looked like someone tore open inside the clear plastic protective covering and left their filthy rusted finger prints all over the rotors. Ordered a part and expecting the normal 2 day shipping. Received an email that the part has shipped but no tracking number. I kept calling cust service who eventually told me the part needed to be shipped from their TX warehouse. They said they would expedite the order and I should look out for a tracking number. Two days later they still couldn't provide me with a tracking number or delivery date except the part could arrive possibly the following week wed or thurs. I ended up cancelling the order. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They sent me two incorrect steering racks for my vehicle, both of which looked similar but were for completely different years.
