WORST PLACE EVER!!! I ordered a Rack and Pinion for my Lincoln MKZ on September 20th. Tracking information email sent same day, saying item shipped. I tracked item every day, and FedEx showed "label created" I called on Tuesday the 22nd and I was told there was a problem in the warehouse and it would go out that day. Bought parts on eBay, The wrong parts were sent due to Detroit axles listing being wrong. Blamed me for ordering wrong parts but dealer got the right ones. Refuse refund because I didn't install right away, so offered to take back after charging me a restocking fee for their mistake. I lost $238 and Detroit axle lost a professional mechanic as a customer forever. Dumbest deal I have ever seen to save a few bucks and not take of their customer. ordered 2 calipers 10 days ago. haven't gotten an update. tried to call. sat on hold for over 10 minutes before speaking to anyone. then the guy that answered gave me the run around and by the end of the phone call I still had all of the questions I began the call with. thought this company was awesome until this. fed ex tracking number still says parts are sitting at their facility in Ferndale. what shame as I am typically a very loyal customer. hopefully one day i get my parts but they definitely wont get my business after... read more

I ordered the 12pc Front Lower Control Arms Wheel Hub and Bearings Suspension Kit #80028-12 | 10 Year Warranty on March 31, 2022. The passenger side Lower Control Arm broke 6 months ago and the driver's side Lower control arm broke yesterday. The OEM parts lasteed 15 years, but Detroit Axle parts last 2 years?? That is unacceptable. I called to request a refund and was denied. I have been blessed that I was not driving at a high rate of speed when these parts failed. Unfortunately I have a very bad experience with this company, first time I order a part after 4 days they don't worry about ship the item and I have to wait 30 minutes on the phone to get someone to answer. Looks like they don't worry about the customer

I ordered a rack and pinion. I never received it , all I got was the run around from zac and Bert. They kept telling me it was on the way despite the tracking only saying “Label created “ no movement all all. I ordered on 8/30. Delivery expected for 9/3-9/7 it’s 9/16. I had to call AGAIN for my refund,, this place is a joke
