They sent wrong part and since I went just a few days beyond thirty days they would not let me return them or exchange for correct part. The customer service is terrible. If you like throwing your money away purchase from them, if you value your money shop somewhere else.

PLACED ORDER ON 2ND ITS NOW 9TH STILL HASENT SHIPPED ... PAYING $100 DOLLARS A DAY MY CAR SITS IN SHOP WAITING ON PART . IM AT $700 DOLLARS AND DETROIT AXEL SAYS 48 HRS BEFORE IT WILL SHIP THEY ARE WAITING ON A LABEL SO TAKING IT COMES IN 4 DAYS I WILL HAVE SPENT $1100 FOR CAR SITING IN SHOP AT $100 A DAY . COULD OF BOUGHT OEM AT THIAS POINT .

Do not buy from them . You return a product unopen along with an RMA number on Sep 19, 2024 at 1330 it received. As of today, October 8, 2024 still do not have your money back.

Ordered from Detroit Axle for the first time and after 10 days I haved request a refund. The shipping lable was printed and that was it. Had to call 3 times and was not impressed with the customer service. The woman on the 3rd call didnt try to keep my buisness when I requested a refund. She had a extremely nonchalant attitude and seemed she couldnt care less. Buyers beware!

After installation and test drive extreme a loud friction squealing sound immediately from both axles. Contacted Detroit Axle again and explained the issue. I was instructed to ship back the axle(s) (at my expense) and after inspection a determination would be made to resolve the issue. The offer to refund $345.93 and me the customer to incur the cost of returning defective items, sent at no fault to me, at the cost if $201.70 is unacceptable. Oder was not shipped out on time like they said it took a week and a half to get my order shipped out an never once got a email or any type of notification that the order was delayed will not order from them again

Spoke to representative about undelivered order and claim, he said the company policy is that no refund will be provided if FedEx "confirmed the order was delivered to the right location". There's nothing he can do after that. And that's wrong. It wasn't delivered to the right address. I didn't receive the package. Fed Ex provided photos of the location where the order (box) was dropped off by their staff, but the picture is NOT in my building. WORST PLACE EVER!!! I ordered a Rack and Pinion for my Lincoln MKZ on September 20th. Tracking information email sent same day, saying item shipped. I tracked item every day, and FedEx showed "label created" I called on Tuesday the 22nd and I was told there was a problem in the warehouse and it would go out that day. Wednesday, still no movement per tracking number. I called back and was yet again told a problem in the warehouse but was assured it would be delivered soon. Friday it was delivered, woo-hoo...
