If I could give them a 0 I would this is the most awful place I've ordered parts off of it is supposed to be 2 day shipping I'm on 7 days and still haven't received my parts I've had to contact customer service several times to get updates on what was going on the order showed completed and label created but after several messages they finally tell me that they are delayed due to a lack of part I ordered and didn't communicate to me so it took me calling them today and arguing them to figure it out that it somehow shipped to... read more

If I could give this a zero I would scammed me I purchased a rack and pinion from them and never received any response on if my order was shipped off or not. I called and spoke with someone that had a heavy accent when informed me my order was shipped I let him know I called FedEx and they let me know the company only made the ticket never gave the package to FedEx I then was hung up on that was 09.03.2024. Their website says two days on all parts for shipping. My order #1142600 still has not shipped. I ordered it on 9/3/24 and the money was taken from my account and the part still has not shipped, and it is 9/6/24.

After buying slotted/drilled rotors and brake pads for two of my cars, one started grabbing and squeeling. I spoke to an agent. She could barely understand me and was very unprofessional in her help. Finally after she disconcontected the call, I called back she offered to do the warranty for 71$ shipping cost. The website says 10 year warranty. Companys don't charge to apply warranty. She assured me this was only for shipping, I tried to tell her warranties are not paid they are a way to correct a problem. When the associate... read more

I ordered replacement brakes for my van on the 15th it's now the 3rd of the next month. They are playing games and won't ship my products they keep making excuses. They caused me to muss taking my daughter to her first day of school I highly recommend searching somewhere else for your parts. I've been asking for a refund and they won't even do that scammers from another country buy from USA company's and support our country so sick of the scammers

Deceptive advertising for a steering rack. Given the price was nearly three times as much as rebuilt racks on other sites, I expected a new rack. The description did not say anything about it being rebuilt. When it arrived it was obvious that it was rebuilt and it was damaged to boot.  The wiring harness was split and the fluid hard line was bent at the fitting and where it goes into the rack. I purchased a Rack and Pinon set in Nov. I have installed it on my vehicle and haven't driven the car much and it has started to fail so I called in to support indicating the issues and they will not replace it since I did not return the core. There is no indication of these details on the current order page I was told I had to click on Specifications to get this information also I would have to call back in to get a shipping label and I had to cover the cost of the return for them to issue the warranty. I regret ever ordering from them! Ordered a power steering rack and pinion over 4 months ago the one I received the deal was broken. They send me a new one and wrong part happened three times. Going on over 5 months still no correct part they just want more money but they can’t even send me the correct part I paid for! Very disappointed

I ordered hubs for my 2006 Ford F250 pickup truck April 2023. I purchased the hubs online and were delivered within 2 to 3 days. The parts installed easy with no problems. August 2024 one of the hubs started grinding when I turned sharp. So, I call up Detroit Axle to make a warranty claim. They stated ok but will need to pay the shipping cost. The shipping cost was $110.00. Now if I buy a new hub it would cost $135.00 with free shipping. Not a very good warranty.
