Ordered pat 7 days ago still have yet to get shipping info. Customer Service service help line is never available and have to wait 15 min to even talk to a real person
SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! ordered parts and got the wrong parts called and they said they would exchange for right parts just need to send parts back unused I said no problem because they are the wrong parts anyway. sent them back and waited two weeks then I called and they said parts were used ???? and they would not send correct parts or money back?? I returned a part in the original unopened box with straps. I did not get my credit. They said they did not receive part of the parts. How is that possible when the customer did not open the box. Never ordering again.
The worst experience buying anything online. First I ordered a Rack & Pinion for Chevrolet and they sent one for Ford. Then I bought another one this time the right one and turns out is bad, not letting steering fluid to return to the stering pump. Called costumer service and waited up to 30 min still no answer. Sent about four emails, nothing. The other day I got through and they said the call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. I ordered a part on 04/24/24 from Detroit Axle, and got a confirmation number and shipment notice the same day. My credit card was charged for the amount the same day. After twelve days and after four phone calls to customer’s service, I still don’t have my part that I was supposed to get it delivered on 4/30/2024. Clerks couldn’t tell me why our item wasn’t being shipped. Every time I contacted customer’s service, they gave me a run around.
